Bourbon Glazed Salmon

1/4 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup bourbon (Jim Beam or Jack Daniels are best)
3 tbsp. tomato paste
3 tbsp. honey
salt and pepper to taste
2 Salmon Steaks about an inch thick

Stir together broth, bourbon, tomato paste and honey in a medium skillet on medium-high heat. Bring to a simmer then add the salmon. Keeping the liquid at a simmer, cook salmon 3 minutes on each side. Remove salmon to plates and simmer the liquid until it is the consistency of a glaze. Season glaze with salt and pepper and pour over salmon steaks on the plates.
