Oysters with Green Onion and Chilli Dressing

1 fresh small red chilli, seeded and finely chopped
3 green onions, finely chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon tamari
32 pacific oysters, freshly shucked

Combine chilli, green onion, oil and tamari, then season to taste.

Spoon a little dressing over the top of each oyster just before serving.
