Angel Hair Pasta with Shrimp Scampi

1/4 cup olive oil ,extra virgin
20 each shrimp p & d,split in half lengthwise
1 cup seasoned flour ,seasoned with salt & black pepper
2 tbsp. garlic, chopped
1/2 lemon juice
2 tbsp. fresh herbs chopped fine basil, rosemary, marjoram & parlsey
2 oz. white zinfandel
1 oz. DRY SACK Sherry
5 dashes of LEA & PERRIN Worcestershire Sauce
8 oz. heavy cream
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup romano cheese
3 cups Angel Hair pasta cooked at the last minute according to the package directions salt & black pepper to taste

Heat the oil in a medium skillet
Toss the shrimp in seasoned flour,shake off the excess flour
Add the shrimp to the hot skillet, cook until the shrimp lightly browns then turn shrimp over

Add the garlic to the middle of the pan, when the garlic starts to cook, squeeze the lemon over the garlic Sprinkle with fresh herbs, then add the wines and reduce by 1/2 , then add the Wmcestershire sauce and the heavy cream.

Add the cheeses and the cavatappi , simmer until the sauce lightly coats the pasta.

Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with additional cheese on the side
