1 lb. Wide Noodles, cooked according to package directions
4 tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 (28 oz. ) can crushed tomatoes in puree
2 tsp. brown sugar
5 fresh basil leaves, chopped
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. cayenne
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
8 oz. fresh cooked lobster meat, cut in small chunks
8 oz. cooked shrimp, shelled and deveined
Recipe Instructions
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and chili powder and cook 1 minute. Add tomatoes, brown sugar, basil, black pepper, cayenne, paprika, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to low, and simmer uncovered 4 minutes. Add lobster and shrimp, stir and cook 2 minutes. Serve over just cooked and drained noodles.
